Simone Biles is an American gymnast. Born March 14, 1997 in Columbus Ohio U.S.A. Simone remained under Aimee Borman as coach until 2011. Biles, who won gold and bronze medals at the Women's Junior Olympic National Championships 2010 in vault and floor exercise before making her debut in 2011 at the top section of the competition. Less than two years later she was the most dominant athlete in the field. Biles's consistency, her exuberant character and her high level of effort in her four events -vault uneven bars, balance beam floor workout and floor exercise -- set her above the others.
