Angela Gossow Urach
Angela Gossow, born in Cologne to Christian parents, was the youngest of three siblings and brothers. Angela Gossow was seventeen when her parents divorced. Additional financial problems came about when the company they owned went under. Bulimia and anorexic eating added to her woes. Gossow spoke very openly in her explanation of why she decided to quit ARCH Enemy's band as their vocalist. She explained, "There's a place and time for every thing." The original frontman of the band, Johan Liiva was replaced in 2000 by German singer Angela Gossow.
